PARTNER TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Any sales made are expressly conditional upon Purchaser’s agreement to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

  • Amélie George reserves the right to change Terms without notice.

  • Pricing may be subject to change without notice.

  • Amélie George shall not be liable for failure to supply or for delay in performance due to fire, flood, strike or other labour difficulty, act of God, act of any governmental authority or of the Purchaser, riot, embargo, fuel or energy shortage, wrecks or delay in transportation, inability to obtain materials from usual sources or failure of suppliers to meet their contractual obligations or due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

  • If any such event occurs, we may extend delivery date by a period of time necessary to overcome the effect of such delay, allocate available product or cancel any purchase.

     

PRICING & ORDERING:

  • All wholesale orders must be made via our website.

  • Wholesale prices are 50% of the retail prices listed via our website.

  • Once approved all wholesale customers will be set up with a unique store wholesale code that will apply the discount to the cart upon checkout.

  • An opening order of $1000AUD < is required to be approved.

  • Following orders require a minimum of x3 pieces.
  • Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation via email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please get in contact with us at: hello@ameliegeorgebridal.com.

  • Once shipped, your parcel can be tracked using the tracking number and instructions provided in a notification email.

  • It is your responsibility to arrange re-delivery or pick up from the delivery company if the parcel cannot be left at the address provided.

  • All pieces come with AMÉLIE GEORGE jewellery boxes and pouches.

  • Our pieces have been carefully priced to not require discount sale promotions to sell. We offer the best quality possibly without stepping into premium jewellery houses. All Australian partners must follow the retail pricing displayed on our website, This is to ensure brand consistency and customers reassurance that pricing is nationwide .

     

MERCHANDISING and PARTNERSHIP SUPPORT:

  • You will be included on our stockist listing on our website and all local enquiries will be directed into your store if the customer would like to purchase in person.

  • You will be contacted for photoshoot collaboration opportunities as they arise.

  • We will provide you with ongoing image/s ready to be uploaded to your social media.

  • We would love our stockist partners to provide contact information on brides that are interested in being featured on our blog. Details about the dress worn, as well as their dress purchase experience will be published for promotion of your boutique.


RRP

  • At no time can you publish or advertise an RRP online that is less than the ones set by Amélie George at www.ameliegeorgebridal.com

  • At no time can you publish or advertise a sale of our pieces online which will reduce the RRP to lower than the ones set by Amélie George at www.ameliegeorgebridal.com

  • Online publication or advertisement of a lower RRP than ones set by Amélie George at www.ameliegeorgebridal.com will result in termination of future orders and removal from stockist listing.

     

PAYMENT METHOD: 

  • Amélie George accepts VISA and MasterCard through Stripe Payment Systems.

  • Please see our ‘Privacy Policy’ for details on credit card security measures.

  • Amélie George Pty Ltd will appear on your credit card statement.

  • All purchase transactions will be calculated and processed in Australian Dollars.

 

POSTAGE & HANDLING:

  • Inspection of goods is required upon receipt.

  • Delivery times specified in the ‘delivery confirmation email’ are an estimate only and Amélie George will not be liable for any reasonable or unavoidable delays.

  • While we use premium services, transit times are beyond our control.

  • All items are carefully packaged and shipped within 24 hours.

  • It is your responsibility to arrange re-delivery or pick up from the delivery company if the parcel cannot be left at the address provided.

 

TAXES & DUTIES:

  • All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

  • The value of the order will be displayed on all packages, in accordance with customs regulations.

  • Once an order has been dispatched and tracking numbers sent, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to track the item and ensure it has cleared customs at the other end.

  • Amélie George accepts no responsibility for delays or denial enforced by any customs authority.

 

CURRENCY CONVERSION:

  • All prices listed on our site are charged to your credit card in Australian dollars.

  • Exchange rates are determined by the issuer of the credit card.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS:

  • If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@ameliegeorgebridal.com within 7 working days of your expected delivery date so that we may assist you.

  • If damage has occurred during shipping, all packaging must be retained by receiver and failure to do so, may invalidate any claim.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE:

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds unless a manufacturing fault is evident.

  • Please choose carefully as we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on earrings for hygiene reasons or in the event of a change of mind.

  • For all other items you may exchange within 7 days from date of purchase and within 15 days for international orders.

  • Customers will be responsible for all return shipping & re-shipping charges on exchanges.

  • Items not received within the specified timeframe will not be accepted.

  • Returns must include the original packaging with tags attached and in the exact condition it was sent.

  • Tracking must be provided for all return shipments.

  • Items must not have been worn.

 

REFUNDS:

  • Faulty items will be fully inspected before a refund is issued.

  • The faulty product must be sent within 3 business days of making a claim for faulty goods.

  • Refunds we will credited via Secure Pay to the credit card used when making the purchase.

 

FAULTY ITEMS:

  • All items are quality checked before they are dispatched.

  • The term ‘faulty’ specifically refers to a manufacturing defect when a product deviates from it’s intended design or purpose.

  • General wear and tear in the course of normal use is not deemed a manufacturing fault.

  • Amélie George is not responsible for the following:

  • Damage resulting from mishandling.

  • Damage caused by improper cleaning solutions or methods.

  • General wear and tear.

  • Damage caused by exposure to weather or improper environment.

  • Changes in the appearance of finishes over time.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

  • Amélie George reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, in which case all funds paid by the Purchaser will be returned.

 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Our jewellery is handmade and can be very fragile.

  • Please pay attention to any specific care instructions included with your item.

  • Jewellery containing glass, resin or semi-precious stones are delicate and should be handled with care.

  • Crystal or glass stones breaking from mishandling is not considered a manufacturing fault.

  • If pressure is placed on the earring posts or if they are bent out of shape, they can become weak, which may result in breakage.

  • Please ensure to keep jewellery in its original packaging for safe keeping.

  • Cleaning with a soft cloth or warm soapy water is recommended when necessary but ensure all items are thoroughly dried afterwards.

  • Abrasive or chemical cleaners should never be used.

  • Due to the nature of gold and silver plating, the finish may rub off or discolour over time. This is natural wear and tear and is not considered a manufacturing fault.

 

VARIANCES IN SEMI-PRECIOUS STONES:

  • Natural stones vary in colour and size.

  • Your piece will bear individual characteristics and although equally as beautiful and unique, it may vary slightly from the photograph on the website.

  • Slight variations are desired.

  • We are unable to accept exchanges based on the individual characteristics of stones.
