Shipping policy

Online orders are processed within 2 business days of placement Monday through Friday AEST, excluding weekends and QLD public holidays. You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number will be emailed so you can monitor your consignment's journey. 

Please ensure the details provided at checkout are accurate, as AMÉLIE GEORGE BRIDAL PTY LTD cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors. Our shipping providers are trusted services, and as such AMÉLIE GEORGE BRIDAL PTY LTD will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.

FOR ADDRESSES WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Australia Post Standard Service:
Standard shipping timeframes depend on location from Brisbane. Free as standard.

Australia Post Express Service:
Delivers within 1-3 business days depending on location.
The cost for postage, payable at checkout, is $10 AUD.

Free shipping on orders over $200.

FOR ADDRESSES OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA

DHL Express Service delivers within 1-7 business days, depending on location.

The cost for DHL postage, payable at checkout is $35 AUD.

A low-cost provider is available for $10 AUD, however please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.

Depending on your location, import duties, tarrifs, customs and local sales taxes may be payable. Orders cannot be refunded if these are refused.

FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS

Orders to the U.S. will only be sent via DHL Express. Customers are responsible for any tariffs (approx. 10% from Australia but subject to change depending on your government regulations), duties, or customs fees, and orders cannot be refunded if delivery is refused.

NB: Delivery times are an estimate only AMÉLIE GEORGE BRIDAL PTY LTD will not be liable for unavoidable delays. Whilst we use premium services, transit times are beyond our control.
