VEGAN FUR CARE
How do I remove creases?
Once you have received your vegan fur it is important to take it out of its bag and hang it over a soft hanger (we recommend, fabric or wood) somewhere unobstructed. Creases form during shipping that will release with hanging.
Tips for trying on before your wedding day:
When trying on, avoid sharp jewellery or clothing that will 'pull' on the lining such as a zipper. Ensure you have clean hands and clean skin (no fake tan or makeup that will mark the fur or lining).
Tips on 'fluffing'
A week before your wedding we recommend putting your vegan fur in a warm dryer for 5 minutes to 'fluff' the fur. The material is durable and will withstand 5 intervals several times to reach your optimal fluff, but please don't let it get too hot as it is a synthetic material. Another way to 'fluff' is to use a hairdryer and hairbrush. Again, do not run the hairdryer too hot close to the fur.

 

JEWELLERY CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Our jewellery is handmade and can be fragile.
Jewellery containing glass, resin or semi-precious stones are delicate and should be handled with care.
Crystal or glass stones breaking from mishandling are not considered a manufacturing fault.
If pressure is placed on the earring posts or if they are bent out of shape, they can become weak, which may result in breakage.
Please ensure to keep jewellery in its original packaging for safekeeping.
Cleaning with a soft cloth or warm soapy water is recommended when necessary but ensure all items are thoroughly dried afterwards.
Abrasive or chemical cleaners should never be used.
Due to the nature of gold and silver plating, the finish may rub off or discolour over time. This is natural wear and tear and is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Natural stones vary in colour and size.
Your piece will bear individual characteristics and although equally as beautiful and unique, it may vary slightly from the photograph on the website.
Slight variations are desired.
We are unable to accept exchanges based on the individual characteristics of stones.
